Josh has a broad range of experience designing and project managing various building project types including commercial, educational, healthcare, recreational, industrial, residential, civic, and historic preservation. Josh excels at maximizing collaboration, managing the design process, and facilitating successful project delivery. Josh maintains clear, structured, and effective communication from start to finish of the project. What he most enjoys about his job is helping his clients overcome challenges and accomplishing their goals.
Rachel Bottelman
Architectural Designer
Rachel is a highly motivated and talented designer with a passion for creating spaces that promote positive experiences, functionality, and outcomes. Although Rachel has a broad range of architectural design experience, most of her professional experience developed from designing optometry clinics throughout the country. Each new project is an opportunity to build a new and long-lasting relationship while guiding her clients through the design process and onto the successful completion of the project.

We have championed over 100 impressive large-scale and small-scale building projects for clients for 15 years with exceptional results and very high client satisfaction. This experience has equipped us with talent, skills, expertise, and connections needed to get your project done, and done well.
